Acts 2:38-39
38And Peter said to them, a“Repent and bbe baptized every one of you cin the name of Jesus Christ dfor the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive ethe gift of the Holy Spirit. 39For fthe promise is for you and gfor your children and for all hwho are far off, everyone iwhom the Lord our God calls to himself.”Acts 2:41
41So those who received his word were baptized, and jthere were added that day about three thousand souls.Acts 8:12-16

Acts 8:36-38
36And as they were going along the road they came to some water, and the eunuch said, “See, here is water! xWhat prevents me from being baptized?” ▼▼Some manuscripts add all or most of verse 37: And Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And he replied, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”
38And he commanded the chariot to stop, and they both went down into the water, Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him. Acts 9:18

Paul, having become greatly annoyed, turned and said to the spirit, aq“I command you arin the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.” And asit came out that very hour. 19But atwhen her owners saw that their hope of gain was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and audragged them into the marketplace before the rulers. 20And when they had brought them to the magistrates, they said, “These men are Jews, and they are disturbing our city. 21They avadvocate customs that are not lawful for us awas Romans to accept or practice.” 22The crowd joined in attacking them, and the magistrates tore the garments off them and gave orders axto beat them with rods. 23And when they had inflicted many blows upon them, they threw them into prison, ordering the jailer to keep them safely. 24Having received this order, he put them into the inner ayprison and fastened their feet in azthe stocks.

25 baAbout midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them, 26and suddenly bbthere was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken. And immediately bcall the doors were opened, and bdeveryone’s bonds were unfastened. 27When the jailer woke and saw that the prison doors were open, he drew his sword and bewas about to kill himself, supposing that the prisoners had escaped. 28But Paul cried with a loud voice, “Do not harm yourself, for we are all here.” 29And the jailer ▼▼Greek he
called for lights and rushed in, and trembling with fear he bgfell down before Paul and Silas. 30Then he brought them out and said, “Sirs, bhwhat must I do to be bisaved?” 31And they said, bj“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you bkand your household.” 32And they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. 33And he took them blthe same hour of the night and washed their wounds; and he bmwas baptized at once, he and all his family. Acts 19:3-5
3And he said, bn“Into what then were you baptized?” They said, “Into boJohn’s baptism.” 4And Paul said, bp“John baptized with the baptism of repentance, telling the people bqto believe in the one who was to come after him, that is, Jesus.” 5On hearing this, brthey were baptized in ▼▼Or into
the name of the Lord Jesus.
